Roussetos

Roussetos Sigalas was born in 1972 in Athens. He studied fashion and costume design at Veloudakis Fashion School of Athens and at the same time attended painting lessons. He worked as a designer in famous fashion houses in Greece and as a costume designer in theaters. In recent years, he is devoted to painting.His paintings have anthropocentric subjects. He approaches them with his own style and technique which he calls “Broken Color”. In parallel, he creates installations made of wood, metal and fabrics which accompany his paintings. He has had 7 solo exhibitions in Greece and has participated in several group art works.
